Q. Are there any minimum system requirements for Tech On Demand products?

A. The Tech on Demand products were developed for Windows operating systems. Windows 98 or better operating system is required and the hardware must be no older than 2 years.

Q. Can I install the Tech on Demand boxed product software myself?
A. It is recommended that you call to arrange onsite service so that you will receive the full benefit of the Tech on Demand boxed services.

Q. Who performs the Tech on Demand service and how quickly?
A. Onsite service is performed by a certified technician within 72 hours of your initial phone call. The service includes a specific software installation, depending on which Tech on Demand product was purchased.

Q. Is there a service guarantee?
There is a 30 day service guarantee for all services performed onsite.

Q. How long after I purchase the product must I schedule onsite service?
A. Service can be scheduled up to 1 year from the purchase date of the product.

Q. Do I need any special information to schedule service?
A. Tech On Demand boxed products include a manual which contains a service code number that you’ll need in order to schedule the service. Check the Quick Start Guide in your box for this information.

Q. Can I reschedule my appointment?
A. If your service event has not been completed, you can reschedule your appointment no later than 5 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled service date.

Q. Can I return Tech On Demand?
A. You can receive a refund by returning unopened Tech on Demand boxed products to the retail place of purchase. If the software is opened, it can be exchanged for the same title only.
